What causes back pain?
Back pain can be caused by variety of factors, such as;
• Muscles or ligament injury
• Spinal joints (called facets)
• Disc irritation or injury
Systemic causes such as; kidney disease, infection, bowel irritation and others.
Conditions such as scoliosis, arthritis, degenerative disc disease plus others are associated with back pain.
The pain you experience can begin abruptly as a result of an accident or by lifting something heavy, or it can develop over time due to age-related changes of the spine or lifestyle factors. Men and women are equally affected, it can range widely from a mild constant ache to severe incapacitating pain but in all cases, it has a profound and debilitating impact on daily life.

What happens when you visit the clinic?
The first time you visit the clinic we will focus on finding the root cause of your issues. Your second visit is all about what we found out and how you can get better.
Both these visits are included for just £56.
Our team of expert Chiropractors will use state of the art equipment to diagnose your health problems. We’ll give you a complete examination, including X-rays as required – it’s all included.
Then we’ll advise you on the most effective treatment for your specific condition we will answer all your questions leaving you ready to start receiving treatment and get better! Simple.
We then continually measure your progress with regular review appointments, ensuring your optimum recovery.
Our consultation process

Your Health History
After you’ve been welcomed to the clinic you will fill in a short form about the challenges you’re experiencing with your health and what health and wellness mean to you. This allows us to have a full overview of your health.
This form will also be emailed to you before your appointment so you can complete it at your leisure.

Chiropractic Examination
Your chiropractor will carry out an orthopaedic, neurologic and functional examination.
This includes a posture assessment to determine how well your body is moving and functioning.

Spinal Assessment
As part of the examination, your chiropractor will check your spine, looking for areas of restriction and nerve interference which can affect your body functions, causing symptoms and pain.

X-ray Imaging
We will carry out a series of X-Rays as clinically required to help aid an accurate diagnosis, this provides important information about your spine and condition. Your X-Rays are included in your consultation fee.

Report of Findings
This is your follow-up appointment where we share a full explanation of what was found in the consultation and x-rays, plus an explanation of how we can help you restore health, well-being and mobility.

Your First Treatment
If you decide you want to go ahead and start your care with us, we can get started straight away and give you the first treatment at your Report of Findings appointment.
This is when you really start to experience the many amazing benefits of Chiropractic care.
Free of charge, we will use the findings from your consultation to design a no obligation course of corrective care just for you.
