Life Chiro has honestly changed my life!
I’ve been seeing Dr Brandon for nearly a year now and have been consistent with my treatments.
I’ve had on going back pain for over 15yrs and 3yrs ago the pain just wouldn’t go, it was so debilitating.
The doctors/consultants were no help even though this was effecting my everyday life to the point I felt such a burden to my family.

Dr Brandon has been amazing, so patient with me and always greeted with a smile, at the start he talked me through my X-ray and now I have more of an understanding of what my back issue are.
I’m now having treatment once a month and I will continue with this as I never want to experience back pain again.

I initially took advantage of Life Chiropractic’s introductory offer mainly to support my wife, who was seeking treatment. As someone who considered himself healthy and reasonably fit, I didn’t expect to need much more than a check-up. However, after my assessment, I was recommended a course of treatment, and my very first adjustment proved surprisingly profound.
The difference was immediate—on my next run, while stretching, I suddenly found I could balance perfectly on each leg for the first time in years. As I began running, my stride felt longer and smoother—as if I’d unlocked a gear I hadn’t used in a decade or more. It was like my physique had rediscovered efficient movement I’d long forgotten, everything working in harmony once again.
To my amazement, I even developed a stitch near the end, something I hadn’t felt in years. It dawned on me that while my physique had advanced so quickly thanks to the treatment, my cardiovascular system was now being stretched to keep up with these newfound improvements—a testament to how much more my body is capable of. I was running 15 seconds per kilometre faster than usual, an achievement I never thought I’d reach after believing I’d plateaued.
Originally, I didn’t think I would require any treatment, but it has now become a real priority. I have attending Life Chiropractic Christchurch for a few months now, and have had treatment for upper back and neck pain, which before I started treatment, I was very stiff, had a disturbed sleep pattern and it was starting to effect my work. Now I have a good sleep pattern, and am now able to come home from work without feeling stiffness and pain.
I am now only have appointments for maintenance which alternate between adjustments with Dr Aaron and massage sessions with Carley.
The staff have been amazing, they are always very professional, whilst been welcoming and friendly, the whole environment makes you feel relaxed. You are always kept well informed about your treatments plan, with the treatments targeted to your needs. You also receive reminders, sent out via text, and app notifications on in advance of your appointments.
I would highly recommend Life Chiropractic Clinic to everyone.

Dr Louis is a miracle worker ! It's refreshing to be seen by a doctor who genuinely cares, I never feel rushed or just another patient to get through! He takes his time, helps me understand what's going on within my spine and how it should feel etc etc. it's always scary going to a proper chiropractor for the first time (went to the college before and wasn't that great although cheap but didn't do anything!), but it amazes me how gentle it is and how much of a difference it makes !! I'm very glad I took that first step to start treatment. Never felt so light !

I’ve been coming to Life Chiropractic in Christchurch for adjustments and massage for a few years now. I also have a few local friends who all swear by this team of doctors too. From day one, the service has been consistently excellent. The whole team, from the receptionists to the chiropractors and management, are always welcoming, professional, and genuinely helpful. You feel well looked after every time you walk through the door.

There’s always parking available, an huge bonus and the coffee’s great, small touches, but they really add to the experience.

I first came in with poor posture, frequent headaches and back pain, but after a course of treatment, I now just come in for regular maintenance to stop the issue from returning. The on-site X-ray facilities give you real peace of mind that you’re in good hands and being professionally cared for.

The clinic itself is spotless, modern, and has a calming, professional atmosphere. It’s clear they’ve thought about every detail. Life Chiropractic will always be my go-to for chiropractic care or massage.

Very clean and friendly clinic! The girls on the reception are always helpful and accommodating. I have been attending for 2 years, and will be continuing. I have a Chronic pain condition which before, chiropractors from other clinics haven’t understood. From the first session with Dr. John- Luke, he understood and he knowledge of my conditions and how to treat me effectively. I felt pain relief and understood. Similarly sports massage with Matt have been effective, Matt understands that my condition may need massage in different areas and may require building up in pressure. What is Chiropractic?
