The clinic has the most friendliest and helpful staff. As soon as you walk in, they are very hospitable and bring a calming presence. Teegan has been my practitioner and has definitely adjusted my spine for the better. She has looked after me as her patient for the past 6 weeks and has definitely showed sincerity and great attention to detail from the initial assessment and diagnosis. Throughout the treatment, we were able to curate a plan specific for me built up of adjustments, exercises, diet and daily habits to reduce pain. If you are looking for a knowledgable and friendly Chiropractic practitioner then pop into Life Chiropractic Clinic. I couldn’t recommend Teegan enough 10/10. Met these guys at a food festival where they were offering spinal checks. Attended an initial examination and received such a lovely welcome from the reception team who offered me a drink. Dr Teegan explained the process to me, examined me and upon my next visit a treatment plan was proscribed and my first treatment was received. She talked me through the process and what she was doing, offering me the option to ask questions whenever I was curious! This is the first time I have experienced chiropractic practise and it is some thing that I feel will benefit me in the future. If you’re thinking of seeing a chiropractor I would certainly not hesitate to recommend this clinic.

I've been seeing Alex for treatments and Matt for sports massage since last autumn. I'm so grateful I finally decided to give it a try. Not only is my shoulder getting much better, but I have better posture than I've had for years (I didn't realise how bad it had become). This in turn has had a knock on affect, with improved confidence and feeling like I own my space! It's a benefit I didn't expect but I'm so grateful for.

Well what can I say, life chiropractic clinic is what it says on the Tin it's certainly changed my life. I honestly am a different person having been with them for over a year I feel so much better, able to bend without pain, sit, lie and overall be more mobile. I would certainly recommend them to anyone suffering with back pain. Also a big shout out to the man Dr Alexander who has the hands to heal anyone (although does catch you off guard when you least expect it)

Amazing clinic, so welcoming, friendly and thorough. I was in excruciating pain and fed up of being fobbed off with painkillers,booked in to see Dr. Alex who took a full history, did x rays and posture scan and came up with a comprehensive treatment plan, 3 sessions in and I'm already feeling huge benefits, worth every penny and would wholeheartedly recommend.

Absolutely amazing Chiropractic Clinic. All the staff are beyond helpful and very friendly. They all couldn't be more helpful. I've been to a couple over the years and I won't ever use anywhere else now. A first class result. I was suffering intense pain with my problem back but after a course of treatment over several months, I am pleased to say that the pain has now gone. I have a long-term problem, which was not going to go away overnight, but John-Luke and Matt have certainly put me on the course to recovery. What was also good, was the friendliness and the efficiency of all the staff there. It certainly helps when they know your name and say hello when you hobble through the door.

I was struggling with a lot of neck, shoulder and back pain when I first contacted the clinic, some of it from long-standing Issues that had worsened after lots of physical work and lifting. Although I was slightly sceptical initially about signing up to multiple sessions, I'm now convinced it's the most effective (and economical)way to enable lasting change and healing. Dr Jade is a good listener, a very clear communicator and a skilled practitioner. Coupled with the sports massage that I've just started additionally,, things are definitely going in the right direction and I'm sure they will continue to. It's a relief to be in much less pain. The whole atmosphere at the Life clinic is incredibly welcoming and positive and this inspires confidence and the sense that you're in very safe hands.

Firstly all the staff are extremely friendly and accommodating. The treatment given is well explained and the reasons for the treatment are backed up (in my case) with X-ray evidence, and the areas that need work are clearly visible. If you’re thinking about seeing a Chiropractor I highly recommend Life Chiropractics. I have been being seen by Dr Brandon who I couldn’t recommend more highly!

A few months ago, I was struggling even to walk when I discovered Life Chiropract Clinic. After an X-ray with Dr Aaron, we began manual therapy and, within just a few months, the pain I thought would only go away with surgery completely disappeared. I was able to return to work without needing an operation. What is Chiropractic?
