In early 2024 I was really struggling with a sore lower back which would constantly irritate me. I decided to use a special offer package to find out what the problem was. After an initial consultation, xray and a few treatments later my back is in a much better place now and I have no discomfort at all. I cycle a lot(100+ miles a week) and work at a desk so it's imperative I have a healthy back and the team (Special mention to Dr John-Luke and Matt) have helped me achieve this , although alongside the ongoing treatments you have to build the conditioning and strength work exercises into your routine to truly maintain it. In 2023 I started suffering severe headaches and migraines for weeks on end with no relief. This completely wiped me out and I was unable to have a social life, study, keep fit or even plan anything in advance. The GP just kept prescribing pain medication which didn't alleviate any pain and were unable to help determine cause (probably because they are very busy). Whilst they ruled out red flags, I was concerned as I never used to get migraines and headaches were rare.I finally decided to book a new patient assessment with Dr John-Luke earlier this year. His findings were consistent with the headaches and migraines. It was such a relief to finally have an answer and a treatment plan.Setting up an affordable payment plan was very easy and we were able to get started on treatment straight away! Really appreciate the late night appointments as getting time off work is difficult.There was a significant improvement of symptoms after the first adjustment. Over the course of a couple of months, the headaches and migraines reduced in duration and severity. I have been pain free for a good few months now!So grateful for Dr John-Luke, Carly and the whole team at the clinic for giving me back my quality of life. Would highly recommend them to everyone 🙂

What is Chiropractic?
