What to expect from treatment

Physical Therapy incorporates sports and exercise sciences with injury management and recovery. Our Sports Rehabilitation Therapists have completed a University degree and have excellent examination and assessment skills.

Sports therapists will incorporate evidence based therapeutic interventions and exercise with the plan being monitored and modified where appropriate.  This could include exercise rehabilitation, graded activity, manual therapy, workplace assessment and modification, massage, taping and other therapy modalities.

How many sessions are needed?

The number of sessions required by an individual will depend on their injury and personal circumstances.
