I was first introduced to chiropractic following a sports-related injury and discovered how chiropractic can make a positive impact on people’s lives. I enjoy treating chronic and acute pain conditions, looking after pregnant women and working with athletes to help them return to play the sports they love.
I have had active involvement in rugby, football, ice hockey and baseball but I do love all sports and really enjoy engaging in and learning different sports. In my free time, you will find me walking my dog Woody, relaxing with my family and friends or wandering around art galleries. I also enjoy cooking, yoga and going to the gym.

Dr Lauren (D.C) specialises in the diagnosis, treatment and prevention of Neuro-Musculo-Skeletal conditions; this means problems with the nerves, muscle, bones and the joints in the human body.
