Can’t recommend Marlie @ Life Chiropractor’s (Rayleigh) highly enough.

Had my first adjustment today to treat a tilted pelvis that was causing walking difficulties, pain in the lower back and hips and restricted movement when bending over.

In the past, I have had chiropractic treatment and maintenance for over 20 years and am aware of how important it is to align the spine and hips. The last 10 years I haven’t done much due to a change in circumstances and I can really feel the need to ‘get straightened out’ again.

The adjustment process today was painless and I could feel the relief instantly. My hips and spine unlocked and I could feel myself standing straighter.

The difference I felt made me quite emotional as I realised how much discomfort and restriction in mobility I had become used to.

I will be following the complete course of treatment over 24 weeks and then follow that up with a monthly visit to keep a check on everything.

The whole experience at the Rayleigh branch has been wonderful and the ladies on the front desk were lovely, very helpful and welcoming. Marlie was so professional and put me at ease, so grateful she will be my Chiro going forward 🙏

Can’t wait to continue for the next 3 months and get back to being well again.

Was left in open waiting reception area pass my booking time, had sports massage paid for an hour and I only got 50 minutes.
Very disappointed in this, then I was asked to book again like come on if people pay a certain price for 1 hour they should get the whole time.
The girl who did sports massage was very good and done areas affected well.
I’ll be honest for the whole 50 mins there was always conversation but I was looking forward to relaxing and found myself talking for the whole time and could not relax.
I had to reply and talk as didn't want to come across rude.
All in all massage was good but could not fully relax and I didn’t like feeling pressured to book again being walked to the counter to book again.

Second time attended see Christopher, very professional and helped me with the issue I was suffering with on body.
Will deffo book again with him.

I have been using the Chiropractic Clinic since 2018, I was unable to turn or bend my back at the start of my journey, after the first visit i was on the mend and able to continue building work without pain, still going on a monthly basis just to keep my spine and disc in place, can not recommend highly enough, do not confuse with a physiotherapy clinic, not the same in any way.

I had really bad sciatica for years, not anymore now that I have been here.
The staff are always friendly and accommodating, the adjustments are always professional but more than anything, they have solved the years of back pain I had.
Don't expect to be fixed in one session. They help you over time, be patient, and they will help.

I have been coming a year now. When I first struggled in thought the door of Life Chiropractic, not knowing if they could help me.

I was bent in half couldn't straighten up, my back and hip had gone into spasms. I was in a lot of pain.

I met Lauren, she assured me she could help me. I've had adjustment, acupuncture which helped me a lot.

Laura has given me massages which have also taken any pain away. I've had suction pads help.

A year on i'm straight. I can walk. Not doubled up in pain.

I am always asked if i'm happy with my progress.

I can always alter my treatment to how I feel, focus is on marking you feel comfortable.

The staff are professional friendly and very understanding they have managed to get me from barely walking to going back to the gym ,back to the golf course and back to work. The reception staff are professional ,helpful and very friendly, booking is also easy on the life app especially if you have to change appointments or times quickly out of hours .
I began with a thorough consultation with Dr Tom . X-rays were taken ,my lower back issues were explained in detail and a course of treatment began ... Spine alignment,sports massage ,easy stretches and posture advice .
I have suffered with lower back pain for 10 years ..over the last year my pain was keeping me off work and I was bed bound for weeks at a time .. I was prescribed strong pain relief ,but I never had treatment from NHS to find the cause of the problem .. was basically told it's JUST a bad back !!!
I was sceptical prior to treatment .. this was basically my last hope .
My journey has been AMAZING, I no longer have to wear a back support belt ,take medication ,or make excuses not to go out with friends for fear of my back pulling .. last week I was able to go on a zip line and high trekking weekend !!!!!!
My treatment has now been reduced to one session every six weeks ,however ,I can call and book a session or a sports massage if I feel it's required .
I know this is a long review ,but it really has changed all aspects of my life ... Thank you to everyone at Life Chiropractic clinic .. Rayleigh

The common misconception with chiropractors is that it will hurt. Myself and many others will agree that it’s far from that. Have felt incredible ever since I’ve been visiting the clinic.
Would definitely recommend Life Chiropractors. Staff so welcoming. Will continue to visit!

I am been having treatment on my back for the last 7 weeks. Good progress with dr Tom . I have now started deep tissue sports massages undertaken by Laura. Laura is a credit to the clinic. Amazing results and I feel brand new. Amazing massage skills and good advice too. Well done.

I have been going to life chiropractic at rayleigh almost since they opened and can honestly say it has made a huge difference to my mobility - I had back and neck issues from sports injuries and the treatments have really helped. Great experience at Rayleigh Life they have helped alleviate my neck and shoulder issues so much so that I now have my full range of motion back with minor pain I now have maintinence to just keep things loose. Thank you to all the team.
