I visited one of their pop centers at Brentwood Christmas festival in 2025 and I have never looked back for what it has done for me. I use to suffer from bad shoulder neck and arm pains on my left hand side and some days I wouldn't be able to have full function of my arm due to how bad the pain was. After being reviewed by the incredible Dr Aurimas my session for adjustments began within 2 weeks to correct the damage that was done to my body. Within 1 month of having 2 sessions a week I generally felt like I had a new body and had no experienced any pains after and still to this day havent had any more issues. After 3 months I began my rehab massage therapy with the incredible Ben. He was able to relax my body and help the muscles feel incredible again. I can honestly say since having my sessions my life has changed in a way I didnt know I was able to get back to after nearly a decade of issues. I couldn't give a bigger thank you to Aurimas and Ben if I tried, 2 of the most amazing people I have met and have changed my life for the better. I now have 1 session with each a month and from the amazing people to the amazing service they give I couldn't recommend a more friendly and kind place to go to. Massive thank you to the whole team. The clinic has the most friendliest and helpful staff. As soon as you walk in, they are very hospitable and bring a calming presence. Teegan has been my practitioner and has definitely adjusted my spine for the better. She has looked after me as her patient for the past 6 weeks and has definitely showed sincerity and great attention to detail from the initial assessment and diagnosis. Throughout the treatment, we were able to curate a plan specific for me built up of adjustments, exercises, diet and daily habits to reduce pain. Cannot praise this clinic enough! After years of back and hip pain, and no joy from hospital and doctor visits, I have now started to get my mobility back within a matter of weeks. After having 8 months of issues with what my initial physio thought was achilles tendonitis, we discovered during my appointment on a xray that I have bone spurs in my feet, which im so thankful was able to be discovered in the clinic. Met these guys at a food festival where they were offering spinal checks. Attended an initial examination and received such a lovely welcome from the reception team who offered me a drink. Dr Teegan explained the process to me, examined me and upon my next visit a treatment plan was proscribed and my first treatment was received. She talked me through the process and what she was doing, offering me the option to ask questions whenever I was curious! This is the first time I have experienced chiropractic practise and it is some thing that I feel will benefit me in the future. If you’re thinking of seeing a chiropractor I would certainly not hesitate to recommend this clinic.

I had never considered a chiropractor before so didn't know what to expect, when I contacted Life at Southend about my neck and other issues. What a life changing experience, first of all their premises are immaculate, the receptionists are lovely and always greet you with a smile and an offer of a drink or a sweetie. Then I meet Tina, wow wow wow, she is much more than a medical professional she makes you feel relaxed and actually listens to you. Not just nodding along looking at a screen like some other health professionals but really engaged in what you are saying. She evens remembered all about me at my second and subsequent vusits, just from small talk. Tina talked me through everything and considered my mental health as well as physical health. The adjustment treatment is wonderful, a bit scary at times but Tina always prepares you for what is going to happen. A first class experience and a journey I wished I had started long ago.

I've been seeing Alex for treatments and Matt for sports massage since last autumn. I'm so grateful I finally decided to give it a try. Not only is my shoulder getting much better, but I have better posture than I've had for years (I didn't realise how bad it had become). This in turn has had a knock on affect, with improved confidence and feeling like I own my space! It's a benefit I didn't expect but I'm so grateful for.

Well what can I say, life chiropractic clinic is what it says on the Tin it's certainly changed my life. I honestly am a different person having been with them for over a year I feel so much better, able to bend without pain, sit, lie and overall be more mobile. I would certainly recommend them to anyone suffering with back pain. Also a big shout out to the man Dr Alexander who has the hands to heal anyone (although does catch you off guard when you least expect it)

This is a very good clinic, doctor was find my problems from dizziness, headache, hips and back pain that I have for weeks, after I started the adjustments I started to feel better again, dizziness slowly improving no more headache I can sleep much better and I can enjoy my days with boys again. Sophie and the Team were great and I admit I was a sceptic about the real benefits I could achieve where I was suffering from historic sports injuries and struggled with pain in my neck and upper back which I thought were simply muscular and caused by bad posture and a lack of stretching when playing football and Tennis. I was pleasantly surprised after the first few sessions when my neck mobility was drastically improved and pain completely removed which proved the spinal adjustments were needed to loosen the muscles around neck and the freedom of movement is now incredible after living with it for a number of years as can easily become the norm. If you feel any restriction in movement then I highly recommend visiting for a consultation, as a hybrid model of spine adjustment and stretching has significantly improved my health and wellbeing immediately and very glad I did!

Helen is a pelvic floor physio , very professionally , knowledgable and has been a great help with teaching me how to strengthen my pelvic floor muscles . I am using the pelvic chair also for additional help . Receptionist are always friendly and helpful . Great coffee machine and other beverages . Really lovely clinic .

I cannot recommend Dr Jacques highly enough. When I first began treatment, my back was extremely stiff and painful, especially at night. Simple movements were uncomfortable, and my legs would twitch when I tried to rest, making sleep difficult. After receiving treatment from Dr Jacques, the improvement has been life-changing. My movement is now significantly better than it has been in years, and I am able to move freely without pain. Most importantly, the night-time leg twitching has completely stopped. I have struggled with these issues for a long time, and the care and professionalism shown throughout my treatment have made a real difference to my quality of life. I would wholeheartedly recommend Dr Jacques and his services to anyone experiencing similar problems.
