Ellena is a qualified Sports Therapist (Bsc First-Class Honours) graduating from the University of Essex in 2020 – previously working with Southend United Medical team.

Ellena takes a compassionate, multifactorial approach and tailors each person’s treatment to their individual needs- focussing on pain relief, confidence building and strengthening to reduce risk of injury.

Listening to patients’ pain experience and providing a safe space to help through advice, education, exercise and manual therapy techniques.
