Patrick is an experienced chiropractor who graduated from the McTimoney College of Chiropractic with a Masters of Chiropractic (MChiro) in 2008. He has also completed courses on Muscle Testing to ascertain a working diagnosis, Applied Kinesiology, and Kinesiology Taping.
Patrick’s introduction to chiropractic was through his daughter who, aged 5, had never slept fully through the night. It was through chiropractic assessment that he found out she had an irrational fear of the dark. After her first adjustment she slept through for 15 hours! Patrick now uses some of the techniques used to help his daughter in his practice now. As a direct result of this experience and after being made redundant from a city career he started his Chiropractic degree.
Patrick specialises in functional movement of patients and will use a thorough case history, physical examination and postural analysis that also includes orthopaedic and neurological examination and x-rays where necessary to get to the underlying root cause of the problem. His degree included extensive study in radiology enabling him to both take and read x-ray imaging. Once a diagnosis is made he will tailor an appropriate recommendation and treatment plan or a referral will be made if Chiropractic is not the appropriate form of treatment. Chiropractic aims to address the root cause of musculoskeletal disorders, helping with both short term discomfort and long term improvement of function.
Patrick now sees a variety of patients with all manner of conditions and is keen to see all family members, especially the younger generation, as he believes chiropractic care provides the best start to life.

Dr Patrick (D.C) specialises in the diagnosis, treatment and prevention of Neuro-Musculo-Skeletal conditions; this means problems with the nerves, muscle, bones and the joints in the human body. He specifically enjoys helping babies & children have the best start.
