Dr. Pooley is an established chiropractor graduating in 2013 from the Anglo-European College of Chiropractic. He is fully trained in diagnosing musculoskeletal disorders including the acquisition and interpretation of radiological imaging (x-rays).

Dr. Tom treats patients of all ages, with the aim to address the root cause of musculoskeletal disorders of the spine through relief, corrective and wellbeing care to provide a long term resolution. Dr Pooley has additional qualifications in the treatments and conditions arising from the bodies extremities. Furthermore Dr. Pooley can advise on exercise, diet, lifestyle and injury prevention.

I began with a thorough consultation with Dr Tom. X-rays were taken, my lower back issues were explained in detail and a course of treatment began… Spine alignment, sports massage, easy stretches and posture advice. I have suffered from lower back pain for 10 years. Over the last year, my pain has kept me off work and I was bed-bound for weeks at a time. I was prescribed strong pain relief, but I never had treatment from NHS to find the cause of the problem. I was basically told it’s JUST a bad back!! I was sceptical before treatment, this was my last hope.

Last week I was able to go on a zip line and high trekking weekend!!!!!! My treatment has now been reduced to one session every six weeks, however, I can call and book a session or a sports massage if I feel it’s required.

The whole team from reception through chiropractor and rehab team are so helpful, caring and thoughtful. They go out of their way to ensure that appointments are at times that suit me, they are genuinely passionate about their work, they’re friendly and they’re encouraging. In the short while I’ve been coming to the practice, I’ve gone from struggling with earache, neck pain and shoulder pain to hardly any symptoms at all and I’m aware when I am stressing and or moving in the wrong way. And when I was running previously my shoulder was incredibly painful and this weekend I ran my longest race at 10 K couldn’t have done it before my treatment! Thank you!

Cannot praise this clinic enough! After years of back and hip pain, and no joy from hospital and doctor visits, I have now started to get my mobility back within a matter of weeks. There's still a lot of work ahead but at least I can now start doing things again that had to stop, due to the pain I was in. Thank you Lauren, Laura and co!

Sophie and the Team were great and I admit I was a sceptic about the real benefits I could achieve where I was suffering from historic sports injuries and struggled with pain in my neck and upper back which I thought were simply muscular and caused by bad posture and a lack of stretching when playing football and Tennis. I was pleasantly surprised after the first few sessions when my neck mobility was drastically improved and pain completely removed which proved the spinal adjustments were needed to loosen the muscles around neck and the freedom of movement is now incredible after living with it for a number of years as can easily become the norm. If you feel any restriction in movement then I highly recommend visiting for a consultation, as a hybrid model of spine adjustment and stretching has significantly improved my health and wellbeing immediately and very glad I did!

Helen is a pelvic floor physio , very professionally , knowledgable and has been a great help with teaching me how to strengthen my pelvic floor muscles . I am using the pelvic chair also for additional help . Receptionist are always friendly and helpful . Great coffee machine and other beverages . Really lovely clinic .

I cannot recommend Dr Jacques highly enough. When I first began treatment, my back was extremely stiff and painful, especially at night. Simple movements were uncomfortable, and my legs would twitch when I tried to rest, making sleep difficult. After receiving treatment from Dr Jacques, the improvement has been life-changing. My movement is now significantly better than it has been in years, and I am able to move freely without pain. Most importantly, the night-time leg twitching has completely stopped. I have struggled with these issues for a long time, and the care and professionalism shown throughout my treatment have made a real difference to my quality of life. I would wholeheartedly recommend Dr Jacques and his services to anyone experiencing similar problems.

From the minute you enter this chiropractic to leaving after the amazing help and relief from the chiropractor I received nothing but kindness , respect and helpfulness to make me feeling pain free. Following lack of confidence in my mobility, due primarily to a trapped nerve-like issue in my right leg and back. Plus a dull ache in my lower to mid back. I attended the: - 'Rayleigh Life Chiropractic Clinic' on recommendation of a family member. Have to say, being around three quarters of the way through my course of treatment. The leg pain has ceased & back pain has reduced considerably. Resulting in more confidence in my general wellbeing for an 81 year old.
