Pilates is a series of exercises that focuses on restoring the natural curvature of the spine and re-balancing the muscles around the joints. The movements are low impact, which means pretty much everyone can do them. Pilates places a strong emphasis on your postural muscles, after attending regular classes you should notice a gradual increase in stability and strength within your body.

We hold small weekly group Pilates classes in our newly built fitness and rehab studio. With a maximum of 8 people per class we ensure you get plenty of attention and get the most out of your time. Our Pilates classes cater for both beginners and the more experienced.

Private Pilates Classes

Whether you have tried Pilates before or are completely new to it, private classes are a great way to practice under the 1-2-1 guidance of an instructor. It is important that your form and movement is corrected during the class to ensure you get the most from the session. All our classes are very relaxed and unhurried meaning that we can practice the exercises in a safe and methodical way.
