At Life Chiropractic, we care about your overall health & wellness which is why we are pleased to announce that we are now offering both Yoga & Pilates Classes.
Our classes are currently available at our Southend Clinic in our brand new rehabilitation fitness studio, these include Yoga & Pilates classes which will be available every week.
Our yoga classes teach your mind, body and spirit to work in harmony. It encourages you to practice in a mindful way, connecting your movement with your breath, enabling you to stay focused in the present moment.

Pilates is a series of exercises that focuses on restoring the natural curvature of the spine and re-balancing the muscles around the joints. The movements are low impact, which means pretty much everyone can do them.
