What a wonderful place,.... Not only have they helped my back, but explained everything thoroughly. Clean and lovely friendly staff. First time going to a chiropractor and I must say I was impressed by how quickly for me the pain started to subside.

I had never considered a chiropractor before so didn't know what to expect, when I contacted Life at Southend about my neck and other issues. What a life changing experience, first of all their premises are immaculate, the receptionists are lovely and always greet you with a smile and an offer of a drink or a sweetie. Then I meet Tina, wow wow wow, she is much more than a medical professional she makes you feel relaxed and actually listens to you. Not just nodding along looking at a screen like some other health professionals but really engaged in what you are saying. She evens remembered all about me at my second and subsequent vusits, just from small talk. Tina talked me through everything and considered my mental health as well as physical health. The adjustment treatment is wonderful, a bit scary at times but Tina always prepares you for what is going to happen. A first class experience and a journey I wished I had started long ago.

This is a very good clinic, doctor was find my problems from dizziness, headache, hips and back pain that I have for weeks, after I started the adjustments I started to feel better again, dizziness slowly improving no more headache I can sleep much better and I can enjoy my days with boys again. Definitely recommend the clinic, hospital and GP couldn't find my problems in a month after a lot's test, MRI,CT and other, I wish you all the beast to this doctor's from clinic ❤️🙏💐

The staff here are incredibly kind, caring and really go out of their way to make sure you're happy with everything. The app is a fantastic feature , the treatment has been helping me massively, physically and mentally to understand what's been happening with my body. Would highly recommend
