Lovely friendly staff, lovely calm atmosphere highly recommend

I've been attending this Clinic for 5 years and from my 1st consultation, I've felt listened to and understood. Lucy and Zara have been amazing and I would (and do!) 100% recommend to anyone. The staff are friendly, they have easily accessible appointments and a user friendly app!

Been attending for a long time, I’m always in and out and having stopped treatment years ago and having to restart I’m so pleased I’ve kept it up as I’ve maintained my health.
Lovely staff, friendly service, my poor chiropractor hears all about my family at each visit and remembers the next visit so feels personal.

I can't praise everyone enough, they are all so polite and professional. Also so understanding that sometimes life can cause unexpected events , that get in the way of appointments. So they are so flexible with trying to work with you .

I joined Life Chiropractor Clinic in Vange around July time, and I cannot recommend them enough! All of the staff are absolutely lovely and extremely helpful for anything you ask for. During this time I’ve met multiple receptionists and they all are so kind and make you feel so at ease. I usually dread any kind of health appointment, but that’s not the case here at all, from the very first appointment everyone’s been very accommodating. The chiropractor and rehab specialists are also so lovely, and they’ve really helped me out.

Amazing, Great service – very professional and attentive. Listened carefully to everything I had to say and offered lots of helpful advice. Took the time to explain everything clearly and created a plan tailored to my needs. Highly recommend.

I am half way through my 12 week treat at Life and I’m so pleased with the progression. My mobility has increased dramatically. I have been visiting 3 times a week for 6 weeks so far. Every appointment is a breeze with Jayden he is amazing,friendly and excellent at his job and has going above and beyond to fix me.

I also have to mention the lovely ladies behind the desk, every morning I’m greeted with the most welcoming smile. They are all so polite and helpful. Nothing is an issue they have arranged all of my appointments and even changed them for me last minute on numerous occasions. Every person in that clinic is an asset to company. A* from me. Highly recommended in every single aspect.

I have been attending the clinic for a few months now, initially for help with a herniated disc. My chiropractor, Gemma, is excellent and understands every problem I seem to encounter. I would not have recovered so well without her help. Reception staff are also very helpful and make me feel welcome each time I visit.

Been visiting this clinic for the past 10+ years and had appointments with nearly every single chiropractor and massage therapist at this site, they all are excellent at there jobs and fully explain every stage of the process putting me at ease. The reception staff are a brilliant and are always understanding and respectful with issues and problems, you are always greeted with a friendly hello on arrival at the clinic. They are always happy to chat and which helps the waiting room feel less clinical and more like visiting a old friend

The staff are absolutely wonderful. My mum had some back issues, and we saw Dr. Jayden, who carried out a thorough examination and checked everything with great care. He was always attentive and supportive. He then arranged an X-ray, which the clinic was able to provide very quickly.

After the consultation, we asked Dr. Jayden when the results would be ready, and he ensured we would receive them promptly, booking us in for the very next day.

At the follow-up, he explained everything clearly, answered all our questions, and even went the extra mile by writing a letter to the GP about a separate health concern. On the same day, he also carried out a chiropractic session for my mum.

Overall, the clinic offers excellent service with professional, caring staff and impressively quick results.

Life Chiropractic in Basildon has been my life line to reducing sciatica back pain of which I have had for 5 years. Within the first session with Dr Jayden I could feel the difference , we could get a good nights rest…..O’ what a relief , as me and my partner could get a rest after months of restless nights.

I got my X-ray results explained and a personal treatment plan.

I've been a patient at Life Chiropractic Basildon for about a year now, and I can't speak highly enough of my experience. From the moment you walk in, the reception team are absolutely lovely – always friendly, welcoming, and sporting a smile.
My chiropractor, Stefan, has been amazing since day one. When I first started, I was incredibly stiff, but within just a few sessions, I noticed significant improvements. Stefan is not only incredibly skilled but also takes the time to truly listen to your concerns. He developed a clear plan for my visits and provided excellent advice on stretches I could do at home to help with my back stiffness.
Stefan also recommended Jordan for sports massages, and he's just as fantastic! Jordan is brilliant at listening to your issues, recommending the right type of massage to alleviate pain, and suggesting home exercises to further help.
I've built a great relationship with both Stefan and Jordan during my time here, and while I'm sure the other staff are great too, I wouldn't change either of them. I highly recommend both Stefan and Jordan – they've made a real difference!
