1. Get onto the A1 heading South.

2. At the junction at the Angel of the North (signed Gateshead South A167) come off the A1 heading North towards Gateshead on the A167 (This is Durham Road).

3. After a mile and a half you arrive at Low Fell 'High Street' where the majority of the shops are. On the left there are projecting shop signs for the Subways Sandwich Shop, and the 'LIFE Chiropractic' roundel sign of our office.

4. Free Parking is available either left at the 'Belle Vue' pub (which is best as there is plenty of off-street parking if the car park is full) or right at the pub (both Parkings are clearly signed).

5. Walk back around to the front street and we are between the Belle Vue pub and the Health Food Shop - up the stairs. Please ring the bell at the foot of the stairs if you need assistance.

Travelling from Northumberland, Newcastle or Gateshead Via The A167

How to Find the Chiropractor travelling from Northumberland, Newcastle or North of Gateshead with easy Access to the A167 (road over the Tyne Bridge):

1. Cross the Tyne Bridge and stay in the left hand lane.

2. Pass the traffic lights and filter to the left to go over the flyover (Signposted Low Fell).

3. Continue along the A167 (Durham Road) past the main Gateshead College building on the right.

4. After about another mile you hit a busy traffic light junction with a pub 'The Olde Cannon' on the corner on the left. Carry straight on.

5. After 50 meters on the right is a pub on the corner called 'The Belle Vue'. Park behind the pub and walk back around to the front street. The practice is between the Belle Vue pub and the Subways sandwich shop. If you need assistance please ring the bell at the foot of the stairs.
